Chris Mullen is an artist based in Brunswick, Maryland. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Photography from Shepherd University.
Chris uses Digital and analogue photography to slow down and think clearly. He is drawn to exploration—whether wandering through the natural world or observing the quiet details of everyday life. His camera becomes a tool for documenting where he has been, what he has found, and what captures his attention.
Working primarily with Polaroid and film, Chris creates a sense of nostalgia and presence. These materials invite imperfection and intimacy, allowing his images to feel like artifacts—fragments of memory, observation, and reflection.
